An open letter to the Vinsetta Garage customers

Regrettably, after more than Ninety One years of service to the metropolitan Detroit community, the operations of Vinsetta Garage at its current location have ceased. The relationships that have been formed remain indelible and are intended to survive their mere brick and mortar physical location.

It is in that spirit, that the functional end of the business, the clientele, the vehicles and their histories will now be provided for by Rick Kilbourn and his talented crew of technicians at Fourth Street Auto Care Center in downtown Royal Oak. Rick has a long standing history having been in his location since 1973, his technicians bring a great deal of know how to the equation and will be providing seamless diagnostic and repair skills to our client base, uninterrupted and with all due concern for competency and reliability, making the service experience everything that you have come to expect. Any and all warranty concerns will also be handled by Rick and his team of experts.

I wholeheartedly endorse Rick and his staff and charge them with providing the same level of service excellence that you have come to expect from our many years and I remain confident that you will be delighted with the road ahead. Please accept my heartfelt thanks for the honor of having been able to provide you the services that you have come to expect and deserve.
